Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1) What we sell (Digital Products Only)

Our products and services are primarily digital (for example: downloadable files, templates, online services, digital deliverables, and/or access to digital content).

Because digital products are delivered instantly or are not “returnable” in the traditional sense, all sales are final once delivery or access has been provided, except as stated below.

2) No Refunds After Delivery (General Rule)

We do not offer refunds or returns for digital products once:

  • the order is confirmed and

  • the digital product, download link, file, portal access, or deliverable has been sent, provided, or made available.

3) When We Will Consider a Refund (Limited Exceptions)

We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • you were charged multiple times for the same order (duplicate charge),

  • you did not receive access/delivery and we cannot resolve it after troubleshooting, or

  • there was a verified technical issue on our side that prevents delivery/access.

If we approve a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method.

4) Troubleshooting & Support (Before Any Refund Review)

If you have trouble receiving, accessing, or downloading your purchase, please contact us first. In most cases we can resolve delivery issues quickly by:

  • re-sending the download/access email,

  • confirming the email address used at checkout,

  • providing an alternate delivery method, or

  • assisting with access instructions.

5) Payment Processing / Administrative Fees (If a Refund Is Approved)

If a refund is approved, we may deduct a non-refundable processing/administrative fee of $25.00 from the refunded amount where permitted by law and where consistent with the original transaction and processing costs.

6) Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern about your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue quickly.

Filing a chargeback does not cancel your obligation to pay for products/services that were delivered, and we reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor to respond to chargeback claims (including proof of delivery/access and customer communications).

8) Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on our website will apply to purchases made after the “Effective Date” listed above.
